Terms & Conditions – Refund Rescue

By using Refund Rescue you agree to the following:

• All information you give us must be true and correct.

• You authorise us to contact the company or seller on your behalf.

• No win, no fee: you pay nothing unless we recover a refund, replacement, or compensation.

• If we are successful, our fee is 30 % of the total amount you receive.

• You agree to provide proof of purchase, receipts, and any messages, photos, and or screenshots needed for your claim.

• All information you share is 100 % confidential and used only for your claim.

• Refund Rescue is not responsible for delays or decisions made by the seller, courier, or tribunal.

• You may cancel before we send your first official message; after that, a $25 admin fee may apply.

• We help you gather evidence and prepare cases for escalation if a company refuses to comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

• All cases are handled under New Zealand law.
